Costa Del Mar® Pargo 580G Glass Polarized Sunglasses are named for the pargo fish—also called "dog snappers"—that rules the reefs off the coast of Chile. These fishing sunglasses are part of the Costa Untangled Collection, which features styles with frames made from 97% recycled fishing nets. Discarded fishing nets are a big problem for marine life, and this special series helps address the issue by removing them from the ocean and giving them another life by recycling them into eco-friendly frames that perform as good as they make you look and feel. These Costa sunglasses combine 100% UV protection with polarized lenses and bold styling. Polarized and outfitted with a mirror coating (on select styles) to fight glare, the lenses are made from 580G LightWAVE® glass—the clearest in the industry. They're also scratch-resistant and thinner and lighter than average polarized glass. 580 technology goes beyond polarization to produce the best lenses on the planet by selectively filtering out harsh yellow and harmful blue light, making colors brighter and objects sharper. These sunglasses boast hooding and side shields to help keep your eyes free from light leak and focused on the water, as well as lanyard-ready temple tips and Hydrolite® rubber grips for a more secure, comfortable fit.
