Full-grain Barnyard-Resistant waterproof leather uppers help resist the damaging effects of oleic acid, urea, sodium chloride, and ammonium hydroxide. KEEN.DRY™ waterproof, breathable membranes ensure dry comfort in sloppy conditions. Left and right asymmetrical, non-metallic carbon-fiber toes create an unobtrusive fit and are 15% lighter than steel. These Electrical Hazard (EH) or Electric Shock Resistant (ESR) boots provide a secondary source of protection in case of accidentally coming into contact with live electrical circuits. Inside, nylon shanks add midfoot support, and moisture-wicking textile linings add workday comfort. KEEN Luftcell air-infused, PU midsoles combine with removable, dual-density PolyAer polyurethane footbeds with aerated pillow-top cushioning create exceptional standing comfort. Oil- and slip-resistant non-marking rubber outsoles offer sure-footed traction. The KEEN Utility Cincinnati men's boots meet ASTM F1677-96 MARK II Non-Slip Testing Standards, ASTM F2913-19 SATRA Non-Slip Testing Standards, ASTM F2412-18 and F2413-18 M I/75 C/75 EH standards, and the midsoles meet ASTM D471-06 903# oil and isooctane chemical resistance standards.
