Tuff Coat Epoxy Primer Kit is an excellent water-based, two-component epoxy primer thats designed for use on concrete, wood, fiberglass and painted areas. This primer works well on extremely moist surfaces, making it ideal for docks, boats and seawalls. However, the primer may take slightly longer to cure when used on extremely moist areas, and it should not be applied if temperature is at or below 40F. One quart will cover approximately 62 square feet. You will need one quart of primer per one gallon of coating. Can be applied with rollers, brushes or sprayers.
