This literally changes the steels molecular structure, improving the cutting properties and bolstering its edge retention to new levels. The blades have been hand-sharpened and laser-controlled for an extremely accurate cutting edge. Both knives feature high-impact polypropylene handles that are permanently bonded to the blade.
